You never said which dll file was mentioned, and you have now disabled everything that runs at startup. It's as if a doctor has made you put make up on a cancerous mole, the symptom appears to be gone, but the original disease remains...

Hi,

- From my previous steps "Please click Start, then type msconfig and press Enter. Then click on the Startup tab and uncheck all the boxes, except your antivirus/security program", then the antivirus/security program is still working (that is if you have one installed); you can confirm that it is running by checking the antivirus/security program icon located at the bottom right of the screen.

- Also, per my steps, you may see that your computer may run a bit faster.

- This is not a virus issue; it is the WildTangent program/game that causes issue. If you don't use it, then you don't need to reinstall it.

Please let me know if you have any further question. Thank you.

thanks,
-Viet
