Lets set up the router first.
On a computer that is connected to the router, perform the steps below:- Click the following link ---> http://192.168.1.1Leave the username blankThe default password XXXXX admin- Click the Applications & Gaming link

Now click on the Status link on the top right of that page.
Do you see the WAN/Internet IP address?
Now, you should be able to go to that Internet IP address in your browser and be able to login to your cameras

I got it from the Q-See sys at the NETWORK page

Linksys router's diode is lit for Q-See sys
- Click Start Button - Type: CMD- Hit Enter- In the black window, type the following and press Enter: ipconfig- Press Enter- What is shown for the IP Address, Subnet Mask & Default Gateway?- In the black window, type the following and press Enter: ping 192.168.1.200- What does it say, replies or request timed outs?

PPPoE is not marked and there is nothing like dynamic, I mean on the Q-See, not on the computer I am chating with you

There is nothing else that could possibly not make it work. You can ping by IP but cannot access the Web server on the same network.
Would getting a refund for this device be an option?

I have set up scores of camera systems. If it does not work on the same network; as yours is, then that is a problem with the actual device and cannot be 'fixed' because it is a hardware issue.
I know that you are giving me the correct information, that is why I am suggesting that the device itself is hardware faulted.
