What is PC Ultra Speed? Is it trustworty?
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows XP Browser: IE Already Tried: I'm not sure if this PC Ultra Speed thing is something tacked on to a Japanese film I've been sent by one of my students to download for class. It includes a file for english since the film is in Japanese.

My computer is fine. The problem I'm having is that a student sent me a Japanese film we're supposed to view in class and it had an rtf file which I must lack becasue I can't open that file which would make the movie be in English instead of Japanese. When I tried to search it on the Internet this PC Ultra Speed thing appeared.
PC Ultra Speed won't help anything in this case.
