Thanks! Please download your most up-2-date drivers from Dell using the link below.

You will need to download these below and install them on your laptop. If you need to use a Flash Drive to transfer them over to that laptop.

1) Audio

2) Chipset

3) Conexant Driver Only (under communication)

4) Broadcom Driver (under network & Dell Wireless or Intel which ever one you got)

5) Video (whichever one you got)

Expert:  Anthony Brewster replied 5 years ago.
Its not doing that on my side. Do you have your Dell Drivers & Utilites Disc?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Expert:  Anthony Brewster replied 5 years ago.

I see your in the UK, although that should not matter, go ahead and try this link below from the Dell UK Drivers Site.

Does that make a difference? Also, make sure you are using only Microsoft Internet Explorer when doing these.

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No same things happening it wants to install.
Expert:  Anthony Brewster replied 5 years ago.

Please use the form below and order your recovery disc for this laptop.

Backup CD

After you get it, you will have all your drivers for the laptop.

For your Ethernet Internet, this is what you need below if you can get it to download. os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=2966&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=1&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=0&libid=5&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&source=-1&fileid=111674

This is how it shows on my end just so you can see what I told you is what is should do.
