Hello, I'll be glad to help you with this, but I need a little more information first:




  1. Which model of Internet modem did Hughesnet provide you with?


  2. Which model of Netgear router do you have?

Excellent. I'm not coming up with a Netgear router with that model number, but the Hughesnet satellite modem has an ethernet connection on the back of it that should plug into the Internet port on pretty much any Netgear router. Your computer will plug into one of the ports on the back of the router (usually in any one of the four that are clustered together on the back of most Netgear routers).


If you're having trouble with this, give me a listing of all of the information from the sticker on the bottom of the router and I'll help with directions on exactly where to plug the router in (assuming that my directions so far are not clear enough).
