My account on excite was deactivated and when I tryto reactivated

My account on excite was deactivated and when I tryto reactivated it, I do not see the sign that say do you want to reactivate your email. How do I reactivate my account on my email address. Can you do it for me.

I tried to reactivate and when I do this the computer say already a member.
