How do I unlock my netgear router. My computer works, but none of my visitors are able to access my wireless netork. I would also like to know how to reset our password. Thanks Artie.

Hi.

There are different kind of passwords on netgear router. One is for WEB access to admin page - another for WiFi security.

On your computer go to this page: http://www.routerlogin.net. login is 'admin', password XXXXX 'password' or it may be your serial number (that depends on your netgear device model).

Then go to Wireless Settings page, you can configure security mode there (set it to WPA/PSK) and enter your wireless password (PSK or preshared key), then try to connect from your client PCs.
