Customer Question

The message" This search page has been blocked due to a violation of our terms of use. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience ", appears every time I use my computer. I no longer have my "Yahoo" home page & I am new to computing & have no idea what I can have done.

Hey blue!

Can you link me the page?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Afraid I"m new & don"t know how to link you the page.
Expert:  Network Bill replied 6 years ago.

That's ok, I'm just looking for the web page you can't access.

If you right click the link and choose copy.... then right click here in the JustAnswer box and click paste.

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Sorry, I"m totally ignorant about all your instructions, I"m afraid. I don"t even know what the link is. The only thing I do understand is "right click" @ that"s not something I"ve used before.

No prob, all I need you to do is type to me the website that isn't working for you so I can check it to confirm. But it appears that you violated Yahoo's "terms of service". Meaning you are doing something against their policy on your yahoo page..

(I'm guessing you cannot get your personal page on yahoo)

But otherwise if it is a more basic problem...

The website is http://uk.yahoo.com/

Not www.yahoo.co.uk
