Hi,

To connect the roku we will need to get the router connected first then setup your wireless and then connect the Roku.

To do this Can you tell us what make the Cable modem you have is?

Thanks

Customer replied1236 days ago.

Ok,

On the Arris unit can you look closely and find the battery door on the sde of the unit, Once you have fond it can you unplug the power from the router and the modem then remove the battery from the Arris unit and then shut down your pc.

Once it is all off can you connect the modem to the internet port on the router using the cable that went from the modem to your machine.

Next take a second network cable and connect the port1 port on the router to your pc then wait a full 30 seconds and replace the arris battery then power up the modem then wait 30 seconds and power up the router then wait yet another 30 seconds and power up your PC.

Once your machine comes up can you see if you can get online using the hardwire and let me know so we can setup your wireless.

Thanks

Eric
