Yes, I have another wireless connected to this router, but I am trying to set up another laptop to this router and it is asking for the WEP or WPA #. My local provider, Knology, suggested I contact you. Please help!
Ok then next download the utility at the link below then save the file to the computer that can connect to the network. Then double click on the file then in the window that opens double click on the .exe file to start the utility which you can then use to retrieve the security key that you need to enter into the new computer in order to connect to the wireless network: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wirelesskeyview.zip
This information was not helpful to me. I had to call Belkin and talk with someone and they walked me through it. I hope I am not charged for this service.
