Resolved Question:

When I enter 192.168.1.1 nothing happens. Says the page is unknown. Yet the wireless network device works properly with my PCs in the house. I need to add another PC and I can't get access to the router to do so.

ok,

Can you please do the following so we can get your router address?

Click on Start -> Run -> type "cmd" and press enter

In the new command prompt window, type

ipconfig/all
and press enter

Then within the same window, right-click anywhere and click "Select All" and when the box turns white, press enter.

Paste the results here by using rightclick->paste or Ctrl+V.
