I have installed and registered a Logitech C270 Webcam but when I click the Logitech icon on my desktop, after the window opens, it says I do have a webcam connected to the computer. But it is.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have been using this computer since Feb 8, 2017 but have been using personal computers since 1987.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: There was an update to Windows 10 on April 9th but that was before I tried installing this webcam. By the way, after the April 9th update, my built in webcam stopped working, that is why I bought an external webcam.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Device manager indicates a problem with all imaging devices connected to this computer. Two printer scanners, the built in webcam and the just installed external C270 Logitech webcam. Device manager says my drivers are up to date but Windows can't load them.

I do not understand the extra charge. I just paid $51 to Just Answer through PayPal and so far have received nothing for my money, only a request to connect securely and be charged another $52. What gives? I agreed you could connect. Isn't that what the first $51 is paying for?
