Michelle.I Tel no.1(###) ###-####and explained that there was no longer a problem and requested cancelling the trail,this was agreed, no visa charge will be applied.
I also replied to a questionnaire,at the end of my call, indicating I was totally satisfied with the politeness of the PC rep.and would use the service in future if needed.Thank you for the assistance in being able to take over the PC remotely,it is nice to know that is possible.
