JA: Hi. How can we help?
Customer: When I go do my tax receipts, the device is not picking up all the receipts...I have double checked dates, categories, folder types etc. It leaves one or two receipts out...it shows on the computer screen but it is not picking them up when I go print them. Please advise as our totals are not accurate. Thank you.
