Seagate Central stopped responding to Time Machine requests for backup for all 3 of our Macs, 2 MBPro's & 1 iMac
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: MBPs are Late 13 Sierra & iMac is 27 Late 12 El Capitan
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Sierra is new update
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: iMac had Final cut & Motion updated 2 weeks ago

Can the Seagate dashboard or the Seagate central discovery tool still see the Seagate central for any of your macs?

And besides time machine not working, can you view and access any of the files on the seagate central from any of the machines?
