Customer Question

Second opinion] - I have an Acer Aspire XC600 that has a black screen using onboard Graphics Ports VGA & HDMI and using Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce GT620 DVI & HDMI. When power button is pressed The power LED quickly comes on & then goes off. It has no BIOS Post Beeps on start up even when DDR3 Memory Ram is removed. I dont know the SNID or S/N as it is partly removed but manufacture date is 24/07/2013. I cant enter BIOS Utility as the screen remains pitch black. I know there is nothing wrong with the Graphics Card or Memory as i had removed them from a working PC that was previously running. I just need to find out how to recover the Onboard or Graphics Card Display screen Ports but have been unsuccessful.

Hey there, I'm Tim....this sounds like a bad LCD, try testing with an external screen, if that is not the case, probable bad motherboard.
