JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: I haven't had any issues in the past. Its a Dell laptop - 1 year old

If you haven't already, please un-plug your Logitech G610 keyboard from the computer and then re-plug it into another available USB port on the computer. Check if you will hear a sound or see a visual notification upon plugging it in, and test if it will then work.
