I'm having a big issue. The pc is not turning on... All I see is black screen. I already tried to take our the battery and press the start to discharge.... what else can I do?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: ASUS model GL552V
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: windows 10 update... but it worked fine for a couple days afterward
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

With the battery removed, and the AC adapter plugged in, will the computer power on? If not, do you see any lights at all on the computer, or if present on the power supply (ac adapter)?
