Hi ,

My name is***** am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I will be glad to assist you with this.

Yes, that is the correct keyboard. There are a couple more steps in connecting the Samsung Tablet and Logitech together.

To connect your TYPE-S to a Samsung Galaxy Tab E tablet:

  1. Turn the keyboard on by sliding the power switch on the side of the keyboard to the right.

The status light on the top of the keyboard should turn green.

NOTE: If the status light is red, you need to charge your keyboard battery.

  2. Press the Bluetooth button on the side of the keyboard, next to the power switch.

The Bluetooth light on the top of the keyboard should start blinking.

NOTE: The first time you turn the keyboard folio on, it enters discovery mode until it successfully pairs with your tablet (up to 15 minutes).

  3. On your tablet, tap the Settings icon and make sure Bluetooth is ON.

  4. Tap Type - S to pair the keyboard with your tablet.

  5. When prompted for a passcode, type the passcode shown on-screen, and then press Enter.

When the pairing is complete, the tablet will show Connected as the status for your Keyboard Folio Type - S.

You should now be able to use the keyboard with your Tablet. Let me know if it is working please.
