JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: a lot
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: the software says it's installing but after 10 minutes it's says it's still installing. itshows up in my download folder but gets hung up
