Do you mean the CPU front panel Audio Jack when you say front speakers jack

Expert:  arsufi2002 replied 9 months ago.

Has it worked previously?

Have you disconnected front speaker Jack to see sound appear in rear

Just disconnect front audio jack that runs to speaker

Are you getting my response

Customer: replied 9 months ago.

front, means front speakers

rear, means rear speakers.

Thanks for your information..

On that case, we need to change speaker settings back to stereo mode..

Can you open Audio Software and do the settings..

Open SupremeFx software > Disconnect and refix audio jack > Click Speak Configuration > Change Speaker mode o Stereo > Apply settings

Check if all speaker works now

Customer: replied 9 months ago.

nope, rear jack still doesn't play sound.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
but I know the jack works, because it plays sound when I click on the speaker in SupremeFX.
It just doesn't play sound when I play an audio track.

Do you have VLC player installed on computer...

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/releases/1.1.10.html

Request you to perform this and update status

1: Play music in VLC player

2: On VLC Menu, Click Audio > Stereo Mode > Select Stereo

Check sound now

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
ok, I installed and followed those steps.
Still there is no signal exiting the rear speakers jack on the motherboard.
(I know it works though, because it plays sound when I click on the rear speakers image withing the sound cards control panel "SupremeFX")
So the issue is, the computer still doesn't know to send sound to all the speakers.
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
ok, I followed your steps, but still no signal is coming out the rear speaker's jack.
So next I uninstalled the audio drivers, rebooted, downloaded newest drivers, installed, rebooted.. still no sound from VLC or Youtube.
(but I know the jack works, because it makes sound when I click the picture of the rear speakers in the audio control panel)So the issue is, the computer still doesn't know to send sound to all the speakers.
