I see; may we go ahead with a quick remote session (NO extra charge), so I can troubleshoot the mouse for you?

Expert:  B. Rath replied 1 month ago.

Our remote session will be 100% secure, and will allow me to connect directly to your screen and check the mouse issue for you. You will be able to see exactly what I'm doing during the session. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau:

If you are still uncomfortable with a remote session however, no issues - please let me know and I'll open up your question to our other experts who can take this further.
