Hello- I have an Iomega hard drive # 99A85209BF. Another # on it is 31763600, LDHD-UP. I use it with my Macbook Air OS X 10.11.6. The hard drive no longer wants to work and I would like to fix it. This could easily be operator error! Thanks, ***** ********, Grand Marais, MN

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
