Hi. I have a SanDisk iXpand 64gb unit. It seems to be stuck on the "Arranging your content so you don't have to screen" for hours. It has only backed up about 200 images of the 900 I had on my iPhone. Any thoughts? Tom Reynolds

Force quit the iXpand Drive app

1. Double tap the Home button on your iOS device

2. Scroll to the iXpand Drive app and swipe the app up to force quit the app

3. Relaunch the iXpand Drive app

Arranging content should complete and the iXpand Drive app should now launch normally.
