have Logitech keyboard and mouse--have replaced mouse but keyboard will not work with new receiver which came with the new mouse--new mouse will not work with old receiver

Both the keyboard and mouse has to be replaced then it will work as the old and the new receiver is sending signals on different frequencies.

If you call up Logitech tell them to send the replacement set and not an individual keyboard or mouse.
