Please power down the computer and Remove the battery.
on the back. It should look like a long black bar. This is a laptop correct?
Please try putting pic in a word doc and attach that way

for this one the battery is not easily removed.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open up your task manager

Looks like we will have to take battery out. If you turn laptop over u should see two small screws. Please remove them.
yes two are above battery but all need to come off since internal battery.
Use the plastic opening tool to separate the keyboard from the bottom cover.
Start by prying on the front of the laptop.
Continue prying around the cover and end just under the screen to release the front cover.
do u have something plastic to use as a tool?
Flip up the small white tab with the plastic opening tool.
This will release the lock
Gently remove the white ribbon cable.
Flip up the gray tab with the plastic opening tool to release the lock.
Gently remove the black and blue ribbon cable.
have u removed the keyboard and front panel?
You should see three screws around battery. will need a small phillips screw driver to remove them

Is your power button above the ESC key?
Please Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds
Please but battery back in and close cover. Insert all screws and let me know when that's done.
Pls power PC back on.
Try holding power button down and continually pressing F8 key
Did u try Power Buttton and F8?
did anything happen with F8?
