Hi Welcome to JustAnswer
I will try my best to help you out in it.
Okay so what's happening when you delete all the movies from flash drive which you can play and free that space up. After doing that are you able to play those movies which were not opening earlier ?
Which companies flash drive do you have ?
Okay. What is the file format for them
Where you are trying to play them and using which media player ? Is it VLC ?
Also tell me your USB's disk format
okay try changing it to FAT32
Where are you trying to play them ?
Laptop or TV ?
Can I remotely connect to your machine ?
ok. No problem. I just wanted to convert them to some other format and wanted them to open from USB and outside USB deive.
Did you try copying them to your laptop and see if you can play it ?
First try playing it after moving it to your laptop. Use VLC player to open it.
ok so it seems to be compatibility issue. Try changing movies format to some other format which is working on your 64GB Flash Drive using : http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/
Also compare the details of both the video files and try to find out difference in it.
To get video details use below software :- https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
I am logging off for now. Please put you questions here if you have any.
Then it seems to be the limitation of Flash drive.
