Customer Question

I have a PC that I'm using and the DVD won't open. I pop in a disk and nada!
I go to control panel and click auto play and still nothing. I'm not the administrator on the computer so that may play into it.
Shouldn't something just open and start playing?
Thanks...

Hi there and welcome Steven

It looks to be jammed.

On the DVD player there should be a small hole, use a paperclip and push into this hole until the drive opens up.

Let me know the results please.
