There are a few different variations of the Iomega Prestige hard drive, so need to see which one is yours. Did you upgrade from Windows 8 or which version of Windows?
Thanks. I'm looking into this. It looks like people with the Iomega Prestige hard drive started having compatibility issues with Windows 8. I'm seeing if they were able to resolve it
Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, Iomega is no longer around as a company, so Windows 10 drivers are not available. Do you have any older computers around?
