The printer works in everything but Quark. It's a Quark problem.

After many attempts to solve the problem, Quark is still unable to detect a printer. I have tried:- setting another printer as default- creating a new virtual printer- restarting the printer spooler- loading the default settings for Quark- re-installing Quark I am out of further ideas, so I will opt-out and allow other Experts to take a look at this problem.You will be notified when you receive a response.Regards,IT Miro

what operating system is it ?is it a mac or a windows pc ? Are you using a postscript printer ?
