I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T410s and a Lenovo docking station

Customer Question

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T410s and a Lenovo docking station 4337.
The T410s has been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 version 1511, 10586
TheT410s graphic card is NVIDIA 5100A
I have 2 display screens, Sansung Sync Master 971p
When I connect to the 4337 docking station I am only able to activate one screen.
Where is the problem? Do I need another Windows driver?

To get started, lets check what version of display driver you have installed after the windows 10 update.

Heres how to check.

Please press the windows key on your keyboard, hold it down, and press R

( the windows key is two keys to the left of your space bar )

Onscreen should be a box that says Open / Run . In that box type in,

devmgmt.msc and then hit enter...

Open the display adapter section, and tell me what the name display driver is thats showing there.

Also, right click the video card , left click properties, left click driver.

And tell me the exact driver date.
