The speakers have stopped working on my HP w27072a. The message is to plug in the headset or speakers, however the speakers are built in so now what do I do?

Hello sir,

This seems to be an hardware issue. Even after driver update computer is not detecting the sound device. This point out to the fact that there is some trouble with the sound device within system and i suspect Headphone jack the most. If your computer have warranty i request you can raise a call on this and get it replaced. That what we can do as of now..
