My keyboard does not work at all in Windows 7. This happened

My keyboard does not work at all in Windows 7. This happened when we disconnected it due to a fire and when we reconnected it it didn't work. It does work in the bios however so the keyboard and the connection are good. The keyboard is a MICROSOFT natural ergonomic 4000 USB. I have tried all the USB ports.

Ok, could you please open System Restore and select the restore point dated 11/3/15 (automatic restore point) and restore it to that date. This will bring back the internet and we can then re-connect remotely again.
