Hello!

Thank you for your question. I am Shefin and I look forward to helping you with your issue today.

Is the drive brand new?

Have you partitioned or formatted it?

Can I access your computer remotely and check it?

Thank you.

Hi,

You can see the drive on your BIOS. Right?

Please go to the link below, click Start Full version, it's free. It will download Teamviewer. Download and install Teamviewer.

After installing it, let me know the ID (E.g 578 467 234) and password (E.g. 2345), so that I can access your computer.

Thank you.

I can't see it on the bios . . . just realized I have a call at 2:30 time slipped up on me, 20 minutes may not be enough time, will need to restart this later.

Hi,

Make sure that you have connected both SATA and power cable to the newly installed hard drive. Then, restart the computer again and check it.

Please be back when you get time.

Thank you.
