For reboot I shut down the IPad.

Can you hold the power and home buttons on the iPad for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo then release.

Let the iPad restart and tell me please if it now loads web pages.

I did that. It does load webpages but it loaded web pages before I contacted you. Loading web pages is not the problem. See my original note

So if its not to so with websites, then please tell me what the issue is.

I get knocked out of the websites and get the message and the sites reload but It continues to happen. If you are not familiar with this problem cancel the credit card charge and I will try some other business.

  1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  3. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
  4. Tap on Website Data. ...
  5. Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.

Once done, repeat the initial instructions we did and tell me if you still have the issue please.
