am scheduled to go to windows 10 today... should we do this after i install windows 10?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
hello? are you still there... do you need any info from my system?... how do i get it ?
Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 1 year ago.

Yes, as it would need to be configured again anyhow after Windows 10. Please let me know when you are upgraded and ready to go

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Great, so can you access device manager in control panel to see if the monitors are detected?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i see display adapters... NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (i think that is my graphics card)
under monitors i see 4 monitors all say "Generic PnP Monitor"
Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 1 year ago.

Great, so if you go to personalization now are you able to enable all 4 monitors?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
where do i go to get to personalization?
Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 1 year ago.

Should also be in control panel

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i just searched on it and got to it
it shows 4 screens with big numbers on them but 3 are black and one is blue
when i click on identify... it puts a big number 4 on the screen im typing this on... which is the blue one on the "pannel"
