The Carry360 keyboard uses smart bluetooth technology to automatically pair without any pairing password. It is possible that bluetooth is not enabled on your iPad.
On the iPad..
To open the Control Center, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.
Tap the Bluetooth icon to toggle the feature on or off.
Note: The icon will turn white and a new icon will appear on the status bar when Bluetooth is active.
Have you connected the keyboard to the iPad?
