To renew your subscription please go here and login to your account :

Go to Customer Care/Live Agent and click the Member Features button.
Ignore the offers that predominate the page and click the gray my.magicJack button.
Under Account Information, you'll find a button for Extend Your License. Click it.
On the displayed page, you'll see the one year option. Complete your renewal for the 1 to 5 years.
