It may need to be registered again.

Can you connect it to the USB port on the computer please.

Let the computer detect it and run through the registration process, using your current Magic Jack details.

Once done, confirm you can make a call via the computer.

When you can, plug it back into the router and try to make a call.

Tell me please if you now get a dial tone.

It is the MAgicjack device that has faulted. We have now confirmed it.

A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by doing the reinstall on the computer. The fact that we cannot get it to dial via the computer, or receive phone calls, means the actual device has failed.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the Magicjack to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
