My backup CD arrived broken, from Support.com of Redmond, WA. Should I send it back to them for replacement or to someone else? My order number is XXXXX XXXXXX

You don't have to send broken CD, just inform them the cd has broken.
Provide order no if they ask.

As said earlier you can request for another disk and Mention reason if they asked. You may also attach the order number and other billing information which are related to this software.
