Hi, welcome and thank you for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX X am glad to assist you today.-Did you recently change the keyboard's battery? Please let me know so that I can help you further.Best regards,Jess
yes...changed battery several times
yes....changed my batteries
Hi Jim, thank you for writing back.First, have you tried plugging the USB transceiver to another USB port before doing the "connect" button at the bottom of the keyboard and the transceiver? If not, please try to unplug the USB transceiver then plug it to another USB port. Then test if the keyboard works this time. Please rate my answer with 3 or more stars/smileys if this helped. Keep me posted with your results so that I can help you further. If you have further question, please use the Continue the Conversation tab to reply to me.Best regards,Jess
didn't work
OK. Is your product a keyboard only or a KB and mouse combo?Do you have the "Connect" button in your keyboard? (Some models don't have the Connect button)
,keyboard/mouse combination The mouse is working fine. There is no connect button on the keyboard
Hi Jim, thank you for that information. Please try to re-connect your keyboard using the SetPoint software that is shipped with your kb/mouse combo.
If you do not have the most recent version of SetPoint, you can download and install it. Here is the download link:

Keep me posted.

Perhaps I don't have the mouse/keyboard combo.
I don't have SetPoint and can't find Logitech under programs
Hi Jim, if that is so, it means that the SetPoint program is not yet installed. Please click on this link to download the it and use it to connect the wireless devices to their transceiver.http://www.logitech.com/en-us/478/3025?hub=1&tabs=1,3,2,4,5§ion=downloadsAre you using Windows XP, Vista or 7? Please let me know so that I can give you the direct download link for your version of Windows.Keep me posted.Jess
Vista
are you there?
Hi Jim, since you are using Vista, then you could have iTouch software installed, NOT the SetPoint software. Please do the following:
Cannot fine iTouch in the system tray or anywhere else
I have a PC, not a Mac
Please go to Start => Control Panel.Open Programs and Features then locate there in the list for the Logitech software called iTouch or SetPoint. That is to verify if iTouch or Setpoint is installed.Another way is to do a search. Click Start and in the search box type: itouch. See if a result is shown. Also, please retry to do the pressing of the Connect/Reset button in the transceiver first, then immediately press the Connect/Reset button in the keyboard. Press it with a pencil tip if needed to ensure that the button is pressed.JessKeep me posted.Jess
No iTouch or SetPoint found
This is not working out....it's taking too long and I think I need to go to Best Buy "Geeks" to some other "expert".
How could my keyboard have been working without either iTouch or SetPoint on my computer.....I'm mistified!
OK Jim, Please download SetPoint here:http://tinyurl.com/897g536After the download, install it then use it to connect the keyboard.
Message "you are running a 32 bit installer on a 64 bit machine
Since you have Vista 64bit, download and install this:http://tinyurl.com/dyvy6fjThat is the 64bit version of SetPoint.
OK I installed SetPoint and rebooted but can't find where it says "onnect Utility"

Please cancel this question. My professional did what he could but it was awkward going back and forth on line (vs talking on the phone) and I never got the issue resolved. I've since called someone else (my son) who got things working for me.
Thanks, XXXXX
