Hi, I am the WebGuy.Am I to understand that you want to use MagicJack to send and receive faxes?Due to the nature of Voice over IP technology, I don't believe you're going to be able to send and receive faxes over a MagicXXXXX XXXXXne with any acceptable level of reliability.I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this likely cannot work. At least not with every fax machine, every time.The problem is that the signal a fax machine emits in communication with other fax machines is such that the delays and latency of a VoIP connection (like MagicJack) will cause so many send and receive errors that most (or at least some) fax machines will simply NOT be able to connect with yours and therefor be unable to transmit or receive faxes from you.I know there are people on the Internet that claim to be able to fax with MagicJack, however, most of them are probably communicating with only one or a scant few different fax machines.There are a number of recipients you will encounter that simply won't be able to negotiate a fax connection with you.Your best bet, if you're going to send a lot of faxes is to go with a vFax from someone like Vitelity.Here's the link:http://www.vitelity.com/services_vfax/Price is $3/mo and .03¢/min.WebGuy10141088.0129523148

i AM NOT GETTING AN ANSWER THAT IS SATISFACTORY. i ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS ASKED BY THE EXPERT. hE DID NOT REPLY TO MY RESPONCE. HE NEEDS TO GET TO MAGIC JACK TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. WHY IS IT GOING TO VOICE MAIL INSTEAD OF PICKING UP. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING TWO DAYS AGO.

MagicJack is only a communication way, so it's going to voice mail instead of getting a fax response may be an issue regarding fax setting. Please tell me the make and model of your fax machine.
