Hello! My name is XXX XXX I will try to assist you with your question.

tbwhite2040 :

Did you press the resync button on the bottom of the keyboard to resync it with the receiver?

Customer : I don't see resync button
tbwhite2040 :

do you see a red button near the battery cover or under it?

tbwhite2040 :

it may say reset or sync

Customer : No
Customer : It is a logitech k800 keyboard
tbwhite2040 :

Does your keyboard have a dongle that plugs into the back of the computer where the keyboard connection is or does it have a little USB receiver that plugs into a USB slot on your computer?

tbwhite2040 :

If the batteries refuse to charge I would recommend replacing the rechargeable batteries with a new set of batteries

Customer : We got it. Had the batteries in wrong. Thanks
tbwhite2040 :

OK You are welcome

tbwhite2040 :

Glad it is working
