Yes. You should have no problem with this case. I checked out the specs for you and it will take ATX and Micro ATX form factor.

Your board is ATX so everything looks great. Really nice case too and great price at newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119196 however you can get about $20 cheaper on amazon:
