Welcome to

My name is Dustin and I am here to help!

Lets start with the easiest part first.. We have been in business for many years, and our refund policy is iron clad.. If your not happy and we cant resolve the issue, All you have t o do is state that you want a refund, and the refund will be processed..

Now, as far as your issue your facing with your Slyvania monitor..

besides everything being green.. Can you still see the icons and the screen on your computer?

Also, whats the name brand and model of the desktop computer you have the slyvania monitor connected to, and what version of windows do you have? XP, Vista, Windows 7 ?

Can you test the following..

Please shut down the computer,

Then, start the computer and immediately start tapping the F8 Key. It should give you a list of startup options.

The first option we want to try is " Safe mode with networking"

This will put us in safe mode.

Once in safe mode.. Is your screen still green?
