can a clock be fixed or replaced- clock no longer chimes and can only wind one of the gears. clock is a w. haid 351-020

What is wrong is the chime side mainspring is probably stuck or locked up if you want I can find a clock repair company in your area just let me know your location and by what major cities and I'll find a few in your area.
