Hello, is there 12 volts at the coil with the key on and while cranking.
Sorry for the long wait. I dont know if you can see where the other expert has opted out of your question. Does it show that anywhere?
Anyway, did you get this running or do ya still need help.

Check for 12 volts at the + side of the coil with the key just turned to "on"
let me know the results
Any voltage at the positive side of coil with key on?
Hi, sorry for the delay.
Are you sure the points are set correctly?
Do you know what a dwell meter is?
Make sure the dwell meter is set on 4 cylinder scale.
connect the red lead to the wire that goes to the distributor.
connect the other wire on the meter to any good ground.
then crank the starter and take the reading.
you want to see 52 degrees of dwell.
take your time and get back whenever.
double check the points setting. they appear not to be opening, or not closing. see video below
