JA: Is it your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: Sorry if my vocabulary is not very good, I french I ahve big problem with the rear brakes; impossible to removed them, I tested all solution and now I down on my knees and cry. Help please

I see that you're trying to do some rear brake work and are having trouble but there isn't mention of what the actual issue is. I'm assuming you're having trouble removing the brake drum which could be due to rust in the drum, broken shoes, or possibly just incorrect removal technique. What is the actual issue you're having?
