Hi , just look down in carburetor with flashlight you should see 2 streams of fuel spray if you just pump the throttle by hand or just put like 3onces or so of fuel if it tried to start it the fuel filter or the fuel pump.....if its a 2 barrel carb...fuel filter screws in front of carb...its small ......then if it does not try to start it could be not getting spark...if you have both its jumped the timing gears is it turns very fast
