1956 ford country sedanI have replaced the headlight switch, but still no low beams. I presume it's the dimmer switch. How is the dimmer switch removed? After removing the two mounting screws, I can't figure out how to remove the switch?

If you have removed the Screws, then the Switch is pushed down thru Floor, by FrameLikely stuck due to years of grime & / or Tar type substance used for sealingShould be "3" connections on it that you can "short" accross to see if the Switch is bad or wires
You can also find these On-Line or E-Bay if it is bad
